What I think

Today I’m going to be telling you about Malala,a girl who stood up for girls’ education to the Taliban, and saved girls’ education in Swat.

Here are two paragraphs about her and life with the Taliban.

Some kids in America take school for granted and kids other countries don’t always get the privilege to go to school because they don’t really see that it could do good things for them in life.

Nevertheless,Malala is a girl who stood up for girls’ rights. She stood up because the Taliban was telling all of the girls that they could no longer go to school, just because they were girls!”I am representing good Muslims,” the mufti said.”And we all think your girls’ high school is a blasphemy. You should close it.Teenage girls should not be going to school.”

On the other hand, kids in other countries [like Malala herself] don’t always get the privilege to go to school like we do.She even got shot! But that did not stop her.”Go ahead, shoot her”-and I was calm as could be.As if I was reading about someone else.”

In conclusion, you should always appreciate what you have, and try not to be sad or mad about what you don’t have, because some people don’t have anything at all,but they are still happy.

And that’s what I thought about the book.I hope you enjoyed, and thanks for listening.
